We sat and watched the Opening Ceremonies of the Winter Games last night. Thrilled with the lighting of the torch by the 1980 US Men's Hockey Team. They actually replayed the game against The Soviet Union on ESPN Classic the other night. It's still, by all accounts one of the greatest upsets of all time, in any sport.

This is by far the most I've written in a two day span here. It must be the layout. I feel refreshed and wanting to write down thoughts that have been rattling around in my head for far too long.

The wind was howling here last night. Yesterday, when we were coming home from picking up Dimitri, we were at a stop light next to a moving truck. As the wind blew, the truck would rock back and forth, we all looked over at it wishing the light would turn green before it toppled over on us.

Kimmbalaya is making a mitt. She mentioned she'd been bitten by Martha Stewart's evil twin. My opinion has always been that Martha Stewart is Satan. Her evil twin must be a real bad mama. Good luck Jerkle! Oh yeah...
