help please

Ok. So far the ISP hasn't booted us, but I don't know how long it will last. So I guess I'll update when I can and hope things go well in the future.

I hope everyone's doing well out there, I haven't talked to a lot of you much, for that I apologize, don't worry though, I'll be back sooner than later.

We're all sick over here. Everyone has a cold. It's a pain in the ass actually, so along with financial difficulties, now we have health problems. But to tell you the honest truth, that's not what I came to write.

We need some help over here, or at least some advice.

If you've been reading Ginger's diary you know Bob (the cat) has been hobbling around because of falling and catching his leg in one of the dresser drawers.

If it couldn't get worse...last night Bob was being unusually affectionate. Which has it's great points, don't get me wrong.

But early this morning Ginny woke me up and told me something was wrong with him. Here are his symptoms:

1. He's extremely weak, can barely stand up at times.

2. He's got a serious loss of motor control, his coordination is very poor, he looks at times like a newborn fawn or pony trying to stand or walk.

3. He's been sleeping all day, he lacks the energy to really do anything for any length of time, we've gone so far as to carry him to food and water dish.

4. When he looks at something, his eyes are super big, like he can't quite see it.

5. He can't even scratch himself, like with his hind leg behind his ear. He pulls his leg up to scratch and doesn't get it there, then falls over, like he's got no balance.

6. When he stands on the dresser or any smooth surface, his paws slide out on him, he can't keep his legs under him.

We don't know if it was something he ate, or maybe since he's an outdoor cat, he may have been poisoned, or he's maybe hit his head. He also did get into some meatball sauce that was loaded with onion and garlic, which I know is bad, but I'm not sure if the symptoms he's exhibiting are consistent with anemia caused by onions.

We also don't have the money to take him to the vet. And all the online "Ask-A-Vet" type places that I've found is a pay service as well.

I'm hoping that maybe someone who reads this may know or know someone who may know what may be going on.

Regardless of how much fun I make of Bob, I do love the little guy, and Ginny and I are both really worried about him.

For once I need some help.

Please sign the guestbook. Thanks in advance.
