a good weekend

Hey, it was a great weekend!

I know I've been super bummed lately, but the weekend was nice. Ginny got paid and we went to the mall to get her some clothes and a haircut. At first I was a little skeptical about the haircut, but I can say now with 100% confidence that she did the right thing. (I'd give you details, but I'm sure she's dying to tell you about what it looks like herself, so I'll let her.)

She took me out for a belated birthday dinner, me being a man of eccentric, monetary and social status quo, picked the finest place imaginable. Taco Bell. "Taco Bell?", you say. Yess, Taco Bell. See, we've been eating at home for the better part of a year, which has been nice. The change of pace is Taco Bell. I know it's not fancy, hell, it's not even remotely good for you. But I hadn't had it in so long it was turned out to be a great meal. Thank you Ginny!

The Boulder B-day Run went off without a hitch. Not terribly exciting overall, but exciting nonetheless. It was fun, I should have pics soon, I'll post and show.

Yesterday, we threw down the top on the Jeep and drove up Morrison, through Evergreen and down to Bailey to visit a friend, I miss driving through the mountains. It was nice and relaxing and beautiful.

Next weekend is Aspen for the Motherlode Volleyball Tourney.

Can't wait!
