Trying to write, been so busy lately.

Have been trying to buy a house, something I've been looking forward to for the better part of 5 years. I'm so close right now I can taste it.

It's a scary step, very scary here especially, because things are getting so expensive.

Otherwise, things are going well, it's Dimitri's birthday. He's 11 now, it's amazing how time flies. I think of when I started this diary, the changes he's ....well...we've all been through have been amazing.

I'm gainfully employed. Things are looking up, and I'm trying to live my life to the best of my ablility.
