I'm desperately attempting to wrap my head around so much information.
In this information age, I'm overwhelmed with the different media bombarding me.
What I mean by media isn't in the sense of CNN, NBC, FOXNews. I'm talking about opening your eyes and having to immediately decide, process, coordinate, organize, implement, etc., information that's streaming through your weary eyes into your brain. From the beginning of the day to the end.
Hell, this is media. What you're reading right now is information processing.
As I puruse what's readily available and research what's interesting to me, personally. As I process information between this link and that link, I'm wondering, at the end of the day, the information I've gathered (I'm a hunter/gatherer apparently), is it mine? My views? My opinions? My thought process? Have I made decisions based on who *I* am? Or is my belief that of another's? As I've processed all the information, is it my opinion that I've developed? Or have I succumbed to someone else's opinion of how I should think.
Amazingly enough I'm just now coming to grips with this whole thing. Finally realizing I have to stop the motors, check my map, see if I'm going the right direction.
We'll start there, see how she goes.
